About YouThe Project Manager, Enterprise Planning, will be responsible for the strategic management, maintenance, and evolution of Wakefern's FP&A tools. This role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including Turbo Integrator (TI) process development, scripting, automation, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for the Planning Analytics platform, lead governance and innovation initiatives, develop a high-performing team, and build strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver impactful business solutions.
Essential Job Functions:Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage and enhance the Planning Analytics platform, including system integrations, performance monitoring, environment upgrades, automation, and the delivery of new development, system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two FP&A analysts, providing direction, coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities to support both individual and team success.
- Establish team priorities, manage workloads, and ensure the timely delivery of Planning Analytics initiatives, support activities, and project commitments.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Membership teams to translate business requirements into scalable Planning Analytics solutions and process improvements.
- Support Enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and availability of financial data within the Planning Analytics environment.
- Provide leadership in stakeholder support, user training, documentation, and communication of system enhancements, project status, best practices, and recommendations to FP&A teams, Member organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain Planning Analytics governance standards, data management practices, and controls to ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of enterprise planning data.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage Planning Analytics, AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance business processes, reporting, and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including system administration, Turbo Integrator (TI) process development, business rules, and scripting.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Experience managing enterprise planning applications and supporting multiple environments with a focus on system performance, data integrity, security, and governance.
