Position

Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster – Trenton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA

Hourly: $36.63 – $46.80 per hour ($73,800 – $94,300 annually). Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 for candidates with an active adjuster license.

Non‑remote. Must work within the listed territory.

• Handle complex auto damage claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly settle claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

• Minimum 12 months of auto damage adjustment experience.
• Active motor vehicle damage adjuster/appraiser’s license.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Willingness to be flexible with primary work location (may require remote, field, or in‑office work).
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
