Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support litigation, investigations, and regulatory compliance matters. The role involves managing disputes, supporting compliance initiatives, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to drive efficient and effective resolutions.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist in managing commercial disputes, litigations, arbitrations, and investigations to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Respond to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and similar regulatory or legal information requests.
Support regulatory and compliance matters across multiple subject areas, including data security, export controls, and immigration.
Coordinate discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production.
Oversee and manage external legal counsel when required.
Support special legal projects and initiatives as assigned.
