Corporate Lawyer

Transactional Attorney | North Jersey | Hybrid

I’m working with a well-established law firm in North Jersey that is looking to add a corporate/transactional attorney to its team.

• Associate or Counsel level depending on your experience

This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to be more than the person behind the documents.

You’ll have meaningful involvement in matters from start to finish, work directly with clients and partners, and gain exposure to a broad range of business transactions.

• M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation and closing
• Business formation, restructuring and entity matters
• Commercial agreements and contract negotiations
• Equity, investment and partnership matters
• Corporate governance
• Ongoing outside general counsel work for business owners and entrepreneurs

• 2–7+ years of corporate/transactional experience, including M&A and commercial contract drafting/negotiation.
• NJ Bar admission required; NY admission is a plus.
