The Supply Chain Intern will work directly within the Operations team to support the end-to-end demand planning process. This intern will gain hands‑on experience with forecast management, S&OP support, and data‑driven process improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for a student with a strong interest in supply chain planning and analytics who is eager to apply modern tools, document real‑world processes, and contribute meaningfully to a live demand planning function.

• Support the monthly demand planning process, including forecast updates, data preparation, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) support
• Maintain and update demand forecasts on an ongoing basis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives
• Identify opportunities to leverage modern tools, including artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, to enhance forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency
• Document current-state Demand Planning processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support knowledge transfer and process standardization
• Identify and scope a process improvement project related to the Demand Planning function, from problem definition through preliminary recommendations

• Currently enrolled as a college or graduate student in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in supply chain planning, data analysis, and process improvement
• Strong Excel skills including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas
• Coursework in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or supply chain fundamentals
