The Warehouse & Logistics team plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, inventory management, material flow, shipping, receiving and fulfilment across the business. This team ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, material traceability, and timely movement of goods while supporting GMP compliance and customer expectations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and optimise all warehouse operations within a fast‑paced cosmetic and OTC manufacturing environment. This role owns inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving performance and overall warehouse efficiency, with a strong focus on process improvement, accountability and scalable systems. It is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can build structure, improve workflows and deliver consistent, measurable results while driving operational excellence across warehouse and logistics functions.

• Lead all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control and material movement
• Establish and enforce standardised warehouse processes to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency and consistency
• Maintain an organised, scalable warehouse environment that supports manufacturing and fulfilment operations
• Own inventory accuracy across packaging components, raw materials and finished goods
• Manage cycle‑count programmes and inventory reconciliation activities
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Ensure proper stock rotation practices including FIFO and FEFO compliance and material traceability
