Lead, Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

As a Lead Warehouse Associate at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error‑free. You’ll have the support to excel at work and resources to build a career you can be proud of.

Compensation: $22.50 per hour. Role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience and skill set.

• Be responsible for accurate data entry
• Handle inventory, monitor levels, and perform merchandise reconciliation
• Assign work and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity and take corrective action for substandard performance

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• 4 years of warehouse experience
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2–5)
• Solid math skills

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate‑controlled
