- With possible Extension
- Negotiate and manage procurement of capital equipment and services
- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers (domestic & international)
- Review and optimize GPO contracts
- Prepare RFPs, bid summaries, and vendor performance analyses
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Biomed, and Finance
- Track and report savings initiatives across departments
- Support construction/expansion projects with equipment sourcing
- Manage supplier relationships and stay updated on market offerings
- Ensure contracts are executed and maintained properly
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience
- Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) (or obtained within 12 months)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the HMH network as needed
