We are offering the position of Operations Coordinator in one of our logistics operations in Murcia.

You will join the management team of the center, and you will be in charge of coordinating and providing support in the management of operations in a safe and efficient way working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined results for the center and the clients.

The main responsibilities are:

• Lead and coordinate the assigned team ensuring the correct performance maintaining the required standards in terms of safety, motivation, and commitment.
• Coordinate the performance on a day to day basis including the achievement of the agreed KPIs with the client companies, as well as the internal ones (safety, operations, etc).
• Participate in the recruitment processes, evaluation, compliance, and provide the necessary recommendations to guarantee a correct performance of the operation.
• Advise the team members in order to improve the performance.
• Provide information of operational results to the team.
• Carry out and coordinate the compliance of the processes up to date, work instructions, standardized procedures and related forms to achieve the expected results.
• Contribute with the client companies, internal and regulatory operational audits as necessary, as well as support the implementation of the agreed action plans.
• Support the team to follow the safety norms and help to reduce or eliminate health and operational related risks.
• Carry out basic investigations on the ground of the incidents within the workplace and report quickly the problems of non-compliance with the regulations and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience 1-2 years in a similar position (valuable).
• Experience in team management (valuable).
• Medium or higher education degree (valuable)
• Knowledge of office software and warehouse and transport management systems
• English language is valuable.
