Executive Recruiter - Supply Chain & Logistics LHH | Edison, NJ (Hybrid)

LHH is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Supply Chain & Logistics Practice, supporting clients throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. This hybrid role combines full-cycle recruiting, business development, and client relationship management, specializing in direct hire placements across supply chain, logistics, procurement, transportation, operations, inventory management, distribution, and manufacturing leadership. We partner with organizations to identify top talent and connect high-performing professionals with opportunities that drive operational excellence and business growth.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations positions.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Negotiate placement terms and manage the offer process.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
• Stay informed on supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and workforce trends.
• Maintain candidate and client activity within recruiting systems.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand operational needs and company culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring practices.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or relevant supply chain/logistics industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional networks.
• Competitive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of recruiting metrics, KPIs, and labor market trends.
