At Swiss Madison, we are Elevating the Standard of Home Living. From bathroom fixtures to the broader home, our vision is to become a household name by delivering elevated design, guaranteed quality, and affordability. With bold growth ambitions and a clear vision for the future, we’re assembling a team of driven, high-impact leaders who are passionate about building something lasting—transforming our brand into a household name and setting a new standard for home living.
We operate based off of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to bring structure, focus, and accountability to our entire organization. EOS provides us with a shared language, a common set of tools, and a results-driven cadence that empowers leaders to take ownership and execute with clarity. This hire will be expected to thrive within this framework, bringing strong capabilities and a commitment to living our core values:
Ownership, Growth Mindset, Agility, Resourcefulness, and Clarity.
As the Director of Supply Chain & Operations, you will own the end-to-end flow of goods—bringing demand planning, purchasing, inbound logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment together under one accountable owner. The bar is simple: ensure the right inventory, in the right place, at the right time, at the right cost, as we scale toward $100M.
This role is ideal for someone stepping into their first Director seat. You will inherit a capable team, managing three direct reports, with a mandate to set the standard, raise the ceiling, and get the functions working as one unified system.
What You Will Do- Demand Planning (Hands-on): Own forecast accuracy at the SKU and channel level, set the coverage policy, and direct the Demand Planning Analyst.
- Sales & Operations Planning (Build & Run): Design and execute a monthly S&OP process, driving Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply to plan against a single number.
- Inventory & Working Capital: Manage inventory turns, weeks of supply, record accuracy, and recommend capital allocation for inventory.
- Warehouse Operations (Oversight): Oversee fill rate, OTIF, and cost-to-serve metrics across our owned warehouse and 3PL network.
- Sourcing & Freight (Oversight): Manage supplier strategy, landed costs, and lead-time performance with our China-based factories and international carriers.
- Leadership & Systems: Develop your team, own the systems roadmap (Netstock, Seller Cloud), and operate within the EOS framework.
You are inheriting a capable, established team. Your job is to set the standard, raise the ceiling, and get the functions working as one system — not to rebuild from scratch.
What You Bring- 6+ years in supply chain and operations at a physical product or ecommerce company, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Real demand planning depth — you have built forecasts yourself and personally owned the accuracy number.
- Experience running or standing up an S&OP or equivalent cross-functional planning process.
- Accountability for warehouse and fulfillment performance. You do not need to have run a floor yourself — you need to know what good looks like, what drives cost per unit, and how to hold a site or a 3PL to it.
- Experience managing managers, or clear readiness to do so.
- Exposure to international sourcing and freight across ocean and air, including customs and trade compliance. China sourcing and experience working with an overseas team member are a strong plus.
- Financial fluency — you can build the inventory model, explain the working capital impact, and hold your own in a conversation about cash.
- Hands‑on systems capability — you build your own models and navigate an ERP without help. Netstock and Seller Cloud experience are a plus.
- Experience at a company between roughly $10M and $250M in revenue, where you owned scope rather than a slice of it.
- Specific, quantified examples of improved forecast accuracy, fill rate, turns, or logistics cost, with the story of how you did it.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, build‑phase environment.
- EOS familiarity is a plus; LMA mindset is required.
- Forecast accuracy measured, reported, and improving quarter over quarter.
- A functioning monthly S&OP process…
