ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Warehouse Customer Service & Operations Manager is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing warehouse customer service, operations, third‑party logistics (3PL) coordination and overall facility management.
This position ensures seamless warehouse operation day‑to‑day, exceptional internal and external customer experiences, and a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, experienced in 3PL environments, and comfortable leading diverse teams in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
POSITION SUMMARYWarehouse Operations & Customer Service
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, routing, and shipping to meet service and fulfillment targets.
- Manage customer service activities related to orders shipments status, inventory discrepancies, damages and escalations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Cosnova USA and our 3PL warehouse partner, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs and other service expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Sales, and Customer Care teams.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and audit support.
Facilities Management & Maintenance
- Support facility walk‑throughs. Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, safe, and fully operational.
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labor planning to meet operational demand.
- Maintain a visible, hands‑on presence on the warehouse floor.
- Utilize bilingual communication skills to support and engage a diverse workforce.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience managing operations in a 3PL warehouse environment with teams of 10+ staffers.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, customer service, facilities, or logistics management.
- Prior people management and/or vendor management experience are strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, warehouse processes, building systems, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, process improvement) a plus.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective vendor and 3PL relationship management.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.
💰 $110k - $125k + Bonus & Benefits including time off
💻 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm workshift, may include some 3pm-11pm shifts as needed
