Synergy3 Home Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee our HVAC, plumbing, and insulation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the facility, staff, vehicles, warehouse, and inventory. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and lead the branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and motivating team members to achieve performance goals.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of the facility, ensuring it meets safety and operational standards.
• Manage the fleet of vehicles, scheduling maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory management, distribution, and logistics.
• Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication with the Director of Operations and provide regular updates on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact operations or customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in branch management, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or insulation industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and logistics.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards in the HVAC and plumbing sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

• $75k - $85k annually, commensurate with experience plus Performance Bonuses
