Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and own financial performance. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in people management and P&L responsibility who enjoys improving processes and delivering results.

• Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve operational and performance goals
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
• Own P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Track and analyze KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with senior leadership to execute operational strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Identify and implement process improvements that drive scalability and profitability

• 5+ years of operations management experience
• Proven people leadership experience
• Experience managing budgets and P&L
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
