We're representing a boutique CPA firm in South Jersey, close to the Philadelphia bridge, that's at an exciting point in their growth. They're looking for a Tax Manager who wants to help shape something, not just manage a workload.
What the role looks like:- Managing a portfolio of clients across tax compliance and planning
- Reviewing returns and leading a small team
- Input into how the tax function runs and grows
- One day a week in the office — the rest is yours to own
- 4‑day work weeks throughout the summer
- Highly competitive salary

- A genuine pathway for the right person to grow into a senior leadership role
7+ years in public accounting
Experience managing client relationships and junior staff
Someone who's ambitious but values balance, both matter here
