As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the New Jersey branch, driving commercial growth, managing profitability, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with regional leadership to deliver business objectives while maintaining operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the New Jersey branch team.
- Drive revenue growth and branch profitability.
- Manage operational performance across Air, Ocean, and Logistics.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and branch performance.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members.
- Previous Branch Management or Senior Freight Forwarding Management experience.
- Strong background in international freight forwarding.
- Commercially driven with proven business development success.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, and Supply Chain operations.
