District Manager, Management

Responsibilities

• Multi-unit Leader responsible for the selection and direct supervision of multiple store managers
• Communicates performance expectations and ensures team understanding of impact on company success
• Monitors progress and evaluates performance against standards
• Provides leadership, guidance and coaching for team members
• Conducts regular site visits to monitor operations and ensure consistency with Company values
• Creates and implements action plans to develop or recruit talent
• Ensures a compelling onboarding experience for all team members
• Assures compliance with all regulatory and company requirements and standards
• Builds mutual trust and fosters collaboration among business peers and partners

• Bachelor’s Degree required or comparable job experience
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and proof of insurability
• Preference for candidates that are Diamond Council of America (DCA) certified
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Multi-site business operations experience
• 2+ years’ experience managing a multi-site team
• Minimum 4 years’ management experience leading department
• Ability to lead others to implement strategies and processes to accomplish business results
• Computer literate with advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with pertinent software applications such as Reflexis and Workday preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
