Fulfillment Supervisor

We’re looking for a focused, efficiency-driven Fulfillment Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment areas. Working closely under the Fulfillment Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind executing all fulfillment batches, ensuring that every order is processed with the perfect balance of high-speed productivity and meticulous quality.

You’ll champion a culture of workplace safety and daily excellence, motivating the team to not just meet our daily targets, but to take genuine pride in the product we put out the door. From managing heavy batch volumes to maintaining strict operational standards, you’ll be the go-to person for getting things out the door efficiently, safely, and beautifully.

• Develops and maintains fulfillment operations business plans to include all production requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and SLA.
• Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving fulfillment data for reports.
• Oversees and performs necessary improvements to processes to ensure fulfillment meets organizational needs to perform each function.
• Oversees safety, and quality while manufacturing or fulfilling products.
• Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
• Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with GMPs, SOPs, company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensure robust processes are implemented to eliminate quality issues, reducing customer complaints.
• Manages day-to-day operations to ensure work and fulfillment orders are completed as expected.
• Works closely with the Quality department to make sure all regulations are being followed and that products and fulfillment orders meet quality standards. Completes rework protocols.
• Supervise and motivate direct employees.
• Monitors production processes and call-outs on any issues that will affect meeting the company's objectives.
• Monitor customer SLA to ensure order fulfillment is completed within expected guidelines.
• Manages all fulfillment activities, including all temporary associates.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all the personnel in the assigned area.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

• Solid written/oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Collaborative, logical, objective, results-oriented, organized, strong analytical ability
• Advanced computer skills - proficient with Office suite/ Google equivalent applications:
  Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of Manufacturing, Operations, and fulfillment experience.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with planning and shop floor scheduling.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
