Regional Director, Eastern PA​/NJ

Responsibilities

• Manage 25 OBOT centers and is responsible for delivering consistent business results.
• Establish and drive achievement of business goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Develop and communicate a clear regional strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Execute strategy while identifying potential gaps, enabling risk mitigation efforts.
• Lead regional talent management efforts, including attracting, onboarding, engaging, and retaining high-performing talent.
• Manage full P&L responsibility for multiple centers, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards while adapting to evolving trends.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to optimize efficiency, performance and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance productivity, margins, and growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of five years of leadership or management experience required.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or mental health services strongly preferred.
