The Service Managerisresponsibletopromotethedepartmentserviceand  repair sales, managing teammemberdaily workloads, project scheduling and supervision of all sites daily service operations, including service administration and purchasing. The Service Manager interacts with all vendors and sub-contractors utilized during regular business activity and continuously seeks to improve purchasing power and sell through margins.

• Schedule and coordinatetheactivitiesofallservicecrewmembers
• Developtheserviceteam skillsets,developtrainingprogramsandprovidedirecthands-onmentoringwhen required
• Monitorsteamperformance,production,efficiencyandqualitymetricstoensurethatgoalsaremetandsupporting overall team quality and training efforts
• Ensuresadherencetodepartmentaland/or operations policies,proceduresandpractices

Directsupervisionofservicetechnicians,serviceadministrationstaff,yardandgenerallabor.

Superviseanyandallsub-contractors utilized by the site directly or indirectly.

• Bachelororadvanceddegreeinengineeringorprojectmanagementdesired.
• Five(5) toten(10) yearsrelatedprogressiveexperienceand/or training,orequivalentcombinationofeducationand experience
• FactoryOEMTrainingand
  
  Certificationaplus.
• Ability to be comfortableinasalesdriven environmentrequiringbothinsideand outsideeffortstoachievegoals.

• Mustbeabletoindependently lift,carry,push, andpulluptothirty(30) pounds
• Mustbeable toclimb stairs,both indoors andoutsideinavarietyofweatherconditions (rain,wind,heat)
• Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
