The Senior Director, Medical Performance Measurement will drive the development of and embed the execution engine that ensures Medical operates with precision, transparency, and measurable impact. This role will institutionalize quarterly performance discipline, drive digital pull-through, elevate leadership capability standards, and create enterprise-grade visibility into Medical execution.

Architecture of a performance focused Medical Operating System Design and implement structured operating cadence (monthly + quarterly) across all Therapeutic Areas (TAs). Moderate quarterly Medical Impact Performance execution reviews. Develop and socialize standardized execution KPIs aligned to enterprise growth priorities within and across Medical. Surface risks, execution gaps, and performance variances with clarity and objectivity. Recommend and implement course corrections and structural improvements.

Ensure consistency of execution discipline across all TAs. Own the Medical Performance Dashboard Design, Implement, and continuously maintain the enterprise Medical Performance Dashboard. Define leading and lagging indicators spanning growth portfolio execution, digital adoption, and capability maturity. Maintain standing "Operating Excellence" agenda time at the MLT level. Establish performance transparency across the medical organization. Benchmark and Position Medical as Best-in-Industry Conduct rigorous external benchmarking of Medical operating models across the pharmaceutical industry.
