- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Edison office to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and support a team of ambitious sales professionals as they work toward their career goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that help us reach our goals while keeping our client-first philosophy at the center of everything we do.
- Monitor performance data to provide constructive, actionable feedback to your staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with our corporate partners and ensure our office consistently meets our high standards of service.
- Active New Jersey Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the local insurance market and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional ability to coach others on building and maintaining a client base.
- Demonstrated skill in analyzing sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills for overseeing daily branch operations.
- Experience in recruitment and talent development within a financial services or insurance setting.
