Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to join our team at Island Spa & Sauna. The Floor Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and ensuring that every guest receives a consistent and memorable experience on the floor. Working closely with the Assistant General Manager, and Department Leaders, the ideal candidate will lead our floor departments on a daily basis in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
General Accountabilities- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling when necessary.
- Observe and manage employee performance and quality of work on the floor to ensure standards of roles are met.
- Evaluate employee performances, communicate with Department Leaders, & execute disciplinary actions as needed
- Collaborating closely with Department Leaders to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Monitor facility maintenance and coordinate repairs or maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
- Implement and enforce spa policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively and diplomatically with guests, even in challenging situations.
- Accountable for the effective management, optimization, and utilization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including responding to guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professionalism in delivering exceptional service to guests.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to spa staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests by maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and ambiance throughout the spa facility.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all attendants actively on shift.
- Flexibly covering open shifts as needed to maintain operational continuity

- Required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred Experience:
1-2 years at Island Spa & Sauna, or management experience in the hospitality or wellness industry - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
