• Lead programming support across multiple studies, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
• Coordinate programming documentation and specifications, following established standards
• Champion company values through excellence, collaboration, and accountability
• Communicate proactively with study and project teams to clarify requirements and guide programmers
• Lead submission-ready programming deliverables for global regulatory authority filings
• Drive department goals and serve as a subject matter expert on key topics
• Guide the development of direct reports through goal-setting, coaching, and mentoring
• Contribute to hiring by screening and interviewing programming candidates

• You bring advanced SAS skills honed in a clinical data environment (ideally across multiple therapeutic areas)
• You understand pharmaceutical clinical development, statistical concepts, and regulatory submission requirements
• You collaborate across global, interdisciplinary teams; manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
• You have a self-starter mindset and enjoy influencing, mentoring, and coaching
• You are energized by hands-on programming and people leadership

• Advanced SAS programming expertise in a clinical data environment
• Strong understanding of clinical trial principles and regulatory submission requirements
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Demonstrated mentoring/coaching experience with junior programmers
• Education/experience: MS or BS in relevant fields (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related) with 10+ years (12+ for BS) programming experience, preferably in clinical trial data; includes some project and people management experience
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of R or Python
