The Manager, Security is responsible for the Security Supervisors, Training division, and Parking & . This position will be responsible for the management and operation of security personnel and the enforcement of all policies, rules, and regulations pertaining to the effective and consistent safety and security of all employees, patients, medical staff and students, as well as general public at large, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience or equivalent supervisory hospital security or law enforcement experience.
- Requires leadership skills, judgment, creativity, and comprehensive knowledge.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field ensures ability to respond to code situations when necessary.
- Problem solving and effective decision making skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to delegate work accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 100 lbs. and stand a minimum of 8 hours a day.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and work independently.
Required:
- Valid Driver's License from a USA state.
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor Certification.
- CPR/First Aid Instructor.
