We're looking for someone who has:- Leadership and people management experience
- Homebuilding and residential construction experience
- Homeowner Services/Warranty experience (preferred)
- A passion for coaching teams and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Annual salary of $125,000–$150,000
