We are seeking a Regional Operations Support Manager 3 (ROSI) to drive innovation on the deployment team across our healthcare accounts for food service. These positions are 100% travel; must have a valid Drivers License. This position comes with benefits. Ideal candidates will live near a major airport. Work schedule entails 10 days on and 4 days off.
About The JobStep into a senior leadership role where you’ll drive strategic operational excellence across service areas such as food, retail, environmental services, clinical, culinary, facilities, and healthcare technology management. You will guide the deployment of standardized systems and programs that ensure performance is predictable, reliable, and repeatable. This role empowers you to influence client outcomes, champion innovation, and cultivate a culture grounded in safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
