Role:
Director of Transcend R&D BPO leading global business process re-engineering and transformation initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division.
- Lead end-to-end process re-design in study management, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and supply chain
- Partner with senior R&D and Transcend leadership to define process vision
- Influence portfolio decisions
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of R&D BPOs
- Embed compliance-by-design and audit readiness
- Drive continuous improvements and change management
- Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related
- Minimum 10 years in R&D, Clinical Supply Chain, or enterprise transformation with proven success in global process optimization, ERP projects, and operating model change
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience
- Familiarity with SAP S/4
HANA, GxP, and regulated environments
- Certifications (MBA, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma)
- Experience with compliance systems
- Agile, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise change management
- Focus on R&D operations, global SAP transformation, regulated environment, and cross-functional leadership
Work setup involves up to 15% travel; based in Malvern, Horsham, or Titusville.
