* Collaborate with procurement team and designated business unit(s) for purchasing needs
* Support procurement activities and projects through data gathering and analysis
* Assist in projects to develop solutions to specific problem areas
* Support request for quotes as needed
* Create, process and track purchasing requests and quotes in ERP or another tool
* Manage open purchase orders, troubleshoot issues and report out status
* Assist procurement team and accounts payable in invoice reconciliation
* Correct discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices in a timely manner
* Monitor on time delivery and expedite as required to meet production demand
* Performs other job duties as assigned.## Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
* High organization skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Must be self-motivated and work well without direct supervision
* Must be a provider of excellent customer service
* Attention to detail

* Work overtime/weekends on an as needed basis
* Work and communicate professionally, verbally, and in written form with internal and external customers

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems and reporting
* Technical knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes##

Education and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience.## Travel
* Overnight/North America:
Less than 10%## Working Conditions
* Office Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.  Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. May be required to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.###
