Talent Fox Recruitment is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator to set up and run flexographic presses for poly film substrates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in New Jersey. You will prepare inks, plates, anilox rolls, and substrates according to job tickets and monitor print quality throughout production.
The role requires 1–6 years of press experience, ability to interpret production docs, safety compliance, and Spanish fluency (English preferred).
