Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for Alloy’s part production facility. You will lead 3rd shift operations, train technicians, plan setups, and ensure safe, efficient production with Lean practices.
You will collaborate across engineering, software, and manufacturing teams to meet customer delivery requirements, while maintaining quality and process documentation. A BS in engineering supports a strong foundation for this hands-on leadership role.
