Dry Offset Printing Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production, and working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing machines according to production schedules.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain print quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect printed materials for quality, color consistency, and accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
• Load materials, inks, and supplies as needed.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

• Previous experience operating printing or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work orders and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Experience with flexographic, offset, digital, or screen printing equipment.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
