We are looking for a dynamic, seasoned communications leader to join our Industry Communications team, with a strong focus on North America. Embedded within Global Industry Marketing, the Industry Communications team serves as a strategic center of excellence, shaping and elevating media relations and communications across TCS’ diverse business groups spanning Manufacturing, Retail, Travel, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Energy, Technology Services, and Education.

In this high-impact role, you will directly shape TCS’ positioning across key sectors, driving powerful storytelling and crafting differentiated narratives. You will partner closely with senior executives, elevate their voice in the market, and amplify TCS’ thought leadership to strengthen our reputation as a trusted industry leader.

• Drive Industry Communications Strategy
  • Scale the Industry Communications program to align with business priorities and strengthen TCS’ reputation across key industry sectors, particularly in North America.
  • Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor to shape high-impact communication strategies.
• Build and Scale an Industry Storytelling Engine
  • Identify and develop high-impact industry narratives aligned with business priorities.
  • Package stories into media-ready formats (press releases, bylines, executive POVs).
  • Enhance executive visibility through strategic profiling, speaking opportunities, and leadership communications.
• Strengthen Content & Editorial Excellence
  • Collaborate across teams to build a high-quality, media-ready content ecosystem that supports impactful communications.
  • Guide content development, ensuring consistency, creativity, and quality. Shape Strategic Media Presence.
  • Develop and drive integrated media and communications plans to boost TCS’ global visibility and credibility.
  • Build strong media relationships and lead impactful PR initiatives around key industry moments and events.
• Lead Program Development & Collaboration
  • Establish scalable frameworks and processes to grow the Industry Communications program globally.
  • Foster strong partnerships across business, marketing, and corporate teams to enable seamless execution.
  • Drive alignment and clarity across stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication.

• 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing (B2B tech, consulting, or professional services preferred)
• Well-established relationships with U.S. media and hands‑on experience managing press engagement and publications.
• Skilled in developing content such as press releases, articles, and executive communications.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders from business, marketing and corporate units.
• Track record of driving impactful, large‑scale communication programs.
• AI‑savvy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content, insights, and communications effectiveness.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global, matrixed organization.
• Master’s degree or certification in Communications, PR, or Marketing (a plus).

Salary Range: $123,250-$166,800 a year
