The Opportunity:
The Marketing Manager will own a broad marketing function spanning marketing communications, digital, and trade shows/events.
This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who is ready to take significant ownership and grow into a broader role. You'll work closely with scientists, business development, and executive leadership to translate technical subject matter into compelling marketing programs that build awareness and support business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Help develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy
- Manage marketing communications across website, social media, email, content, and campaigns
- Plan and manage industry trade shows and events annually, including international events
- Coordinate event logistics, pre-show meetings, vendors, budgets, booth setup, and on-site execution
- Produce marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional content
- Manage and produce video content for training and promotional purposes
- Maintain and update the company website
- Develop and execute social media strategy and content
- Track industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities
- Manage marketing and event budgets and external vendors
- Support marketing initiatives for specialized scientific products
- Partner closely with scientists, BD, and senior leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in life sciences or an adjacent technical industry strongly preferred
- Experience marketing to a scientific, technical, or research-focused audience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with trade shows, events, vendor management, and marketing budgets
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Word Press is a plus
- Digitally fluent, with experience in social media and content marketing
- A true self-starter who naturally takes initiative and enjoys owning projects from start to finish
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and scientific teams
- Willing to travel regularly for industry trade shows and events, including some international travel
