Director Direct-to-Consumer
Our client is seeking a temp to hire fully remote professional. Salary: 200-300K
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or direct-to-consumer business leadership.
- Proven experience managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Extensive experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce analytics, attribution, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar.
- Strong analytical, financial, and business planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hit quota of 100K in sales within the first 3 months.
