The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. The top of the range is reserved for candidates that notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
We are seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager with omni-channel marketing knowledge, strong direct mail and digital marketing acumen and a sharp analytical mind. You will act as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact digital and direct mail campaigns informed by data and performance metrics. You’ll manage multiple client relationships, help develop strategic plans, and collaborate closely with our analytics, media, production, operations, data and creative departments.
Ideal candidate will have experience managing clients in industries such as insurance, banking and financial services and healthcare.
