DBV Technologies is preparing to launch Viaskin® Peanut, a first-in-class epicutaneous immunotherapy (EPIT) patch for pediatric peanut allergy. The Sr. Manager, Peer-to-Peer Education & Congresses owns the strategy, content, and execution of DBV’s HCP peer education ecosystem — ensuring respected allergists, immunologists, and pediatricians hear about Viaskin® Peanut’s clinical differentiation from the colleagues they trust most. This role oversees two interconnected pillars: (1) peer-to-peer programs including speaker bureau management, speaker training, and multi-format program execution, and (2) commercial congress strategy including convention exhibit management, congress-adjacent programming, and TLL/KOL strategy liaison.

Salary Range :$155-180k
Key Responsibilities :- Own development and lifecycle management of all peer-to-peer promotional content and materials: speaker slide decks, speaker kits, program leave-behinds, webinar assets, and product theater presentations.
- Identify, recruit, contract, and certify Viaskin® Peanut promotional speakers in compliance with PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines, and DBV HCP engagement policies.
- Develop the annual speaker program plan (format mix, geographic coverage, budget allocation) and oversee execution across local, national broadcast, and product theater formats.
- Provide field direction and support to Regional Business Directors and Regional Account Managers on speaker program allocations, planning, and targeting/recruitment.
- Design and execute marketing-led national broadcast programs and product theater programs at major congresses.
- Develop and operationalize the annual commercial congress strategy: conference prioritization, commercial objectives by meeting, and budget allocation across booths, theaters, and sponsor ships.
- Own creative brief, design, and production of all convention booth and exhibit materials; manage exhibit house relationships.
- Other responsibilities that may arise relating to peer-to-peer promotion and congresses
- Serve as primary marketing liaison to the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) function to drive scaled speaker bureau management and support
- Track and report on speaker program and congress performance metrics; use data to continuously optimize program design, speaker deployment, and targeting.
- Ensure all P2P, congress, and advisory board activities comply with PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines, Sunshine Act, and state transparency reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field required. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD) preferred.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial roles including 2+ years in HCP marketing.
- Demonstrated experience developing peer-to-peer strategy and/or managing a national speaker bureau.
- Experience planning and executing medical congress presence including exhibit management, product theaters, and/or display sponsor ships.
- Background in immunology, allergy, or pediatric specialty therapeutic areas preferred.
- Deep knowledge of PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines, Sunshine Act, and state transparency reporting requirements.
- Proficiency with Veeva Vault or comparable promotional content management platforms.
- Strong vendor management skills: event logistics, exhibit houses, speaker bureau platforms, and symposia production vendors.
- Experience managing HCP KOL/speaker relationships and facilitating speaker training programs.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and speaker program tracking systems.
