Role
The Group Product Director (GPD), Professional Promotion for CAPLYTA, leads the U.S. HCP marketing strategy, customer engagement, and personal promotion for the brand across approved indications such as major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder.
Responsibilities- develop and execute brand strategies
- oversee field-facing promotional initiatives
- align customer engagement efforts across marketing teams, and manage cross-functional partnerships including Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales.
- Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing marketing team, manages promotional budgets, and fosters innovation using emerging technologies.
BA/BS required, MBA preferred; minimum of 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing/sales, with proven success in HCP marketing and personal promotion strategies, especially within CNS/psychiatry.
Preferred skills- leadership, omnichannel/digital marketing expertise, strategic and analytical thinking, and experience in product launches or business planning.
Focus on CNS therapeutic areas, including psychiatry/neuroscience, with responsibilities encompassing brand lifecycle management, customer-centric planning, and digital engagement.
Work setupHybrid role based in Titusville, NJ, with in-office presence three days a week and travel as needed.
