Product Development Coordinator – Health & Beauty

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated, and tech-savvy individual to join our growing Health & Beauty division.

This role will focus on developing new products across personal care, bath & spa accessories, cosmetic accessories, skincare accessories, beauty tools, and other emerging HBA categories.

• Research beauty, skincare, personal care, and wellness trends across Tik Tok, Instagram, Amazon, major retailers, and emerging brands
• Identify trends and help develop new product ideas and concepts
• Work with overseas factories on sourcing, pricing, samples, and product development
• Help manage products from initial concept through final production
• Use AI tools to create product concepts, renderings, research, and presentations
• Work with our design team on packaging, artwork, product callouts, and copy
• Review samples and communicate product changes and comments to factories
• Create and maintain Excel product sheets, trackers, line lists, and costing
• Build PowerPoint presentations and product decks for retailer meetings
• Attend sales meetings and help develop products and assortments based on retailer needs
• Research competitive products, pricing, packaging, and new opportunities in the market

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, personal care, and emerging trends
• Extremely comfortable with technology, AI, and social media
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Creative with a good eye for products, packaging, and design
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
• Excited to learn the entire product development process from trend → concept → sourcing → packaging → sampling → retail
