Data Analysis VISTA

The Data Analysis VISTA will assist in the development of a program‑level quality feedback loop and work with staff to facilitate data collection and analysis in order to help the programs make data‑informed decisions about service delivery.

As the Data Analysis VISTA, you will
1) Collaborate with program staff to identify information that is critical to understanding the program’s workflow/structure and to study the quality of the program’s processes;
2) Monitor and facilitate timely data collection among program staff on a monthly basis, while ensuring quality and accuracy;
3) Contribute to reports that inform the quality improvement efforts of the programs and the agency overall. Pre‑service drug screenings and criminal background checks are required.
