Confero is seeking a strategic Social Media & Advocacy lead to own external voice across Linked In, You Tube, and X, coordinating calendar and cadence for maximum reach.
You will run an employee advocacy program for executives and 15–20 customer-facing employees, ghostwriting and coaching them to post in their own voices. You will also manage relationships with influencers, analysts and partners to amplify credibility and impact.
