Job Overview
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – CRNA – New York-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. Our CRNAs are the voice of the patient and administer, monitor, and manage patient care before, during, and after anesthesia.
Responsibilities- Perform pre‑anesthesia assessment.
- Induction and maintenance of anesthesia.
- Emergence from anesthesia under supervision of an attending anesthesiologist.
- Deliver patient‑centered anesthesia care and monitor recovery.
- Support a diverse range of surgeries, including lumbar spine and OB practice utilizing nitrous oxide, regional and IV analgesia.
- Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist.
- Master’s of Science in Nursing.
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
- BCLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- New Graduates orientation available.
This is a full‑time position at New York‑Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. All roles require on‑site presence; therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.

CompensationSalary Range: $270,000–$335,000 per year.
