Hackensack Meridian Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide patient care per the Patient Care Plan including ROM exercises, ambulation, transfer training, feeding and calorie counts;
Record intake and output and bowel movements;
Complete all required tasks, documentation, and reports daily per facility policy and state and federal regulations;
Report unusual changes in patient condition to Charge Nurse promptly;
Communicate pertinent information to RN and participate in committees as requested
