We are currently seeking Chinese‑speaking nursing staff (fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taiwanese) to join our caring team and help us enhance communication and comfort for our Chinese‑speaking residents.

As a Chinese‑Speaking Nurse
, you will provide high‑quality clinical and personal care to residents while fostering meaningful connections through culturally sensitive communication. You will play a vital role in supporting our residents’ physical, emotional, and cultural needs.

We are hiring for the following roles:
Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards and resident care plans.
• Communicate effectively with Chinese‑speaking residents and families to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in residents’ health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
• Support residents’ emotional well‑being through compassionate interaction and cultural awareness.

• Valid NJ nursing license (RN/LPN) or CNA certification.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taiwanese (required).
• Previous experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
