The Registered Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering individualized patient care based on evidence-based practices. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are dedicated to improving the lives of patients recovering from brain injuries.

• Location: Edison, NJ
• Facility: JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute
• Schedule: Part‑time, Day shift

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Perform age and disease‑specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients.
• Develop and coordinate patient‑centered plans of care.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
• Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning technologies.
• Evaluate progress toward patient outcomes and initiate necessary interventions.
• Identify ethical issues and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Maintain competencies and adhere to nursing standards and protocols.

• Associate in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing required; BSN in progress preferred.

• 6+ months of relevant nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency Program.

• Current RN License in New Jersey required by hire date.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
