Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, directs and evaluates daily operations and unit-based team activities.
- Develops, evaluates and adjusts staffing based on patient care needs.
- Manages daily operations within budget parameters.
- Organizes, coordinates and prioritizes patient care.
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
- Two to five years nursing experience in unit specialty.
- Evidence of successful completion of BLS.
Demonstrates expertise in nursing operations management, including staffing adjustments based on patient care needs and budget management. Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize patient care effectively within a clinical setting.
Certifications & Qualifications- BLS Certification.
