Travel Nurse - RN - Telemetry

Role

Telemetry Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive cardiac patient care in a telemetry unit.

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocols, supporting cardiac health.
• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Assess patient comfort and safety, document conditions, and respond to emergencies.
• Educate patients on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain safety standards, infection control, and patient confidentiality.

• One year of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move and assist with equipment; visual acuity and motor skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively.
