• Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies.
• Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health and wellness.
• Participate in multi‑disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions of care.

• Education: Degree in Nursing required (AAS, BS, or MS)
• New Jersey Nursing license obtained prior to start date
