Base Salary and Full Benefits

• Implement company quality standards across international regions.
• Support and guide regional QC teams to ensure consistent inspections and compliance.
• Work with overseas offices and factories to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
• Review inspection reports and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Visit factories to assess production, evaluate risks, and verify corrective actions.
• Communicate critical quality findings to leadership.
• Support retailer chargeback prevention through accurate documentation and compliance.
• Help develop and update global QC processes, manuals, and training materials.
• Provide pre‑production and inline quality support to reduce inspection failures.
• Maintain strong communication between domestic and international QC teams.
• Recruit, train, and develop QC team members.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5 plus years of QC or QA experience in apparel or consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of global manufacturing and inspection processes.
• Experience working with overseas factories and international QC teams.
• Excellent communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently across multiple regions and time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
