Kane Brewing Company is seeking a full-time Quality Lab Assistant based in Ocean, NJ. You will report to the Quality Lab Technician and contribute to daily QA testing in a fast-growing craft brewery environment, ensuring product quality from raw materials to finished beer.
The ideal candidate has a chemistry- or microbiology-related degree and 1–2 years of QC lab experience, with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a busy production setting.
